Please do so within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For your item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. We only accept refunds on full price items, items that are in the sale cannot be refunded. 

Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

shipping 

All orders are processed and shipped out within 3- 5 business days. Orders are still processed and shipped on weekends, please just be aware that not all delivery services deliver on a weekend. If your order is urgent and you require your item sooner, please do drop us an email at Liyana_islamicgifts@outlook.com  and we'll do our very best to accommodate. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
